Personally I loved the "Calvin, defeating Catholics since 1509"

I am the P1 in Atlanta and glad you could see the sign. Unfortunately, Corso saw the sign and had security make me take it down before the picks. He's no fun! Amber =)

Greetings from beautiful Lubbock, Texas. F Corso. Seriously, that guy makes me sick. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIDERS

uhhh...what does it say?

Look at those sooner bitches struggle with lowly UAB...hahahah

I would not exactly call it struggling. OU was never in danger of losing the game, and we are keeping our offense and defense under wraps until Oregon.

If it were a big game the gloves would be off and Stoops would let the players loose. If that were the case we'd probably win something like 45-10 or so.

I'd say it shows that OU can win easily even without giving there best shot. Besides, UAB is a pretty respectable school who would beat a lot of Big 12 schools most Saturdays. Next weekend our guys will be ready to roll, and have worked off some of the rust and jiters.

1-0, BOOMER SOONER!

The sign says "Corso says I never listen to Bob and Dan"

The bar has been set awfully high for the Austin P1's next Saturday. Nice work Amber.

Bob -

I think you and Dan should go out and purchase Amber a BaD Radio merkin as a reward for her fine work.

Wow. At this point, can we officially assume that Sooner Fan is a fake? OR at least bat-s crazy?

that is so funny, they were "keeping the offense and defense under wraps until Oregon"...haha....ou sucks big time this year and are going to get their asses handed to them at the cotton bowl in october. they do not deserve a top 25 ranking...

Not that I'm defending anon-Sooner. Especially his 'Stoops was holding back' comment. 4 turnovers and the defense allowing UAB to go on a 7 1/2 minute drive pretty much proves this close contest was the result of poor execution on both sides of the ball for the Sooners.

Their tackling sucked and far too many times, gave wide open running lanes for the Blazers to run through. Perhaps we miss Mike Stoops more than we admit.

But...

"In the Sportsline 119 rankings, UAB is listed as being 97th in the nation."

We're one game into the new season. And if Cal's game against Tennessee proves anything, polls and rankings at this point in the season really don't matter.

TCU wasn't highly ranked starting out last season. And they proved as the season went along that the pollsters underrated them at the beginning of the year.

the double whammy for Corso is that he also picked Cal to be in the BCS Championship game and they lose the first freakin' game of the year. then he gets a nice little BAD Radio jab to the gut.

couldn't happen to a better guy...
